Hi Jill,
coincidentally I am researching the first family of August Wilhelm Philip Baum (who married Anna Augusta Braendler). They moved to Forest Range and the surviving children grew up at Broom Hall. My grandmother was raise for part of her childhoold in that house by her 1/2 Uncle Hein (and Auntie Elsie). Her mother was a child of the first marriage of August Baum. I also grew up in that house and currently live on part of the property. Looking out of my kitchen is exactly where they first lived in smaller house before they build the first house. Unfortunately Broom Hall is now on the market for the first time since August and Anna bought it. You can locate it on http://www.realestate.com.au/cgi-bin/rsearch?id=5240&a=qfp&cu=fn-rea&t=res&q=Go. My brother lives there and is currently selling. I have some detail of family 2 (Annas) and photos of where Anna and August are buried (I visited it) Auntie Annie - daughter - is also buried there. Contact me if you want anything or have holes that perhaps I can fill. thanks

Kind regards, Val
